- Walk in only, no reservations. Join their same day waitlist online. Expect 1 to 3 hour waits on weekends. Best to arrive early or go during the week. Dining room closes at 2:45pm but bakery counter stays open until 4pm.

- Street parking is rare especially on weekends. There's a lot next to BMR but it's closed Sundays due to church next door. Paid lots within walking distance. Probably best to walk or uber if you're already in 12 South.
